Ok. Let me see what dates are good for us and report back on this. Whats the average number of cars that come to the events?

If you make it a date in May next year, we'll possibly be in as we're normally down that way.

I think until you give a date, you might get general expressions of interest but not firm numbers. Don't expect hordes of people to show up. If you got between 10 and 20 you'd be doing well,
eg I would be interested- depending on the date.:shrug:

Yep, start with a date and work from there. For example, last spring we organised a local run ending at Donington Park for MGCC racing with a local pub dinner after.

A lot of interest, in the end.... Three cars turned up.

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

These things take a bit of time to get organised. :yesnod:
I think most people would like a run around the local countryside before partaking of your hospitality.
Try a date in Sept. & see what response you get.
As said, May next year would seem favorite, due to the timescale.

A very scenic route could be planned encompassing Exmoor/Devon with real drivers roads with both coastal and inland sections to finish at Sampford Peverill.

I'm up for a Sept weekend, away for a week tomoz but then ok, c'mon guys must be some quite local available for it , even if as a small scale trial for something bigger next year.
