Looking at the weather forecasts and warnings about driving I was wondering if everyone still wanted to do this or whether we should put it off until the new year, maybe even between christmas and new year. It could be very cold.

What's everyones feelings on this?

Oooh. Mr Indecisive. :) I'm the same. I'm happy doing it if there are enough people, but I understand if people want to make it some other time.

Here we go then:

The three cars that turned up.

We left the MGs in favour of older transport.

We managed to see one of the first softtops.

It wasn't very crowded on the main street when we turned up, but it soon got busy.

First stop was the dentist, with a no smoking fireplace. Obviously they were already thinking of the environment in those days.

Iain seemed quite interested in the S&M display room.

and so did Anne and Robert.

Anne was determined to win the daft hat competition.

Claire visited the horse prison and took to one of the inmates.

We also walked around the olde schoole, but Iain was sent straight to the naughty corner.

Iain was obviously feeling very festive.

Thanks to everyone who made it a good day out. The driving wasn't a problem, but it did get a bit worse on the way home.
