ben have you tried just removing them first , i've done this a few times on my MG's and never had a problem or the need to force them off ???

Nope but just wanna make sure I can get as much done on Saturday as possible. Time is the problem at the moment. Planning a 12hr MGTF a thon.

The nearest Steel Stockholder will have the required nuts bolts and washers, for a couple of pounds!

M10 x 75mm bolts, nuts and penny washers

They should be 15/17mm hex head.
