Hello from Toddington Beds
Hi, owned a TF135 10 or so years ago, recently decided I needed some motoring entertainment and have bought a TF160 for £1400. This may or may not prove to be a good idea. Ok so far…’s been 4 days.

Welcome.
An excellent purchase and thats a nice sensible price for a 160 as they usually go for a litle more than the others. Tell us more. Was it a private sale, what colour etc .

7 months MOT, a private sale, it’s only done a few hundred miles a year for the last few years. Metallic black with a hardtop.
Clutch pedal is heavy, think lubricating the arm will help that. Sticky throttle pedal, will check bush/cable, the gear shift has a lot of side to side movement when in gear and the wipers are a bit slow to make up and don’t park. Think that’s a connector issue in the motor from what I’ve read.
other than that I’ll service it and keep an eye on everything.
Decided at £1400 I probably
couldn’t go wrong, though it might.
