Back for more... Deposit down on a TF was created by figo

Afternoon all, pretty much 18 years since I bought my first TF i've put a deposit down on what will be the final TF - Long term purchase and have no intent in moving this one on. 

The joys of getting on a bit now.. the Garage is no longer full of prams and buggies now that both kids are in school so I figured I better reclaim the garage before Mrs F7 gets any ideas..
