Look along the little icons under the number of posts in the Avatar window(on the left) of the person you want to pm. There is a little blue thought bubble in a square.

Or there is a little envelope in the top right corner of the forum header.

Im on tapatalk David so there isnt a facility that I can see.. I can log in via the laptop and all is good :)

I only have the gaskets for the current lights...I was thinking they'd go with the lights, but I suppose they coul;d be sold separately...I'll check what condition they're in though when we start taking him apart ;)

Or could I borrow them scan them in and give em you back :) I'm going to make some gaskets but I'm missing one.

The gearlock... I know it looks good and I should probably have one but as I've took my dash out twice and have screwed the gearnob off which I suppose would lift this contraption off. I'll give you a word of advice from stripping my F.

Make sure you have loads of space and a massive tarp because when you start taking the car to bits you need LOADS of space.

I'm sure we can lend some to you, I'm almost certain we have a set of oldish ones somewhere...I'll have a look tomorrow :)

Thanks for the advice, you're absolutely right! Sadly this is the 2nd one we'll have stripped, as we stripped George1 after his fatal crash...still got parts all over the place from him!...it's at times like this that a garage would be really handy!

I have a full garage with two subframes in it too. I thought that if the shell was outside that my garage would be cleared.. WRONG more parts keep piling up... But I can get to my tools and the freezer so stuff like that will have to wait a bit with the little ones on their way :)

Hi Maggie, now I'm TF-less I obviously don't need any new seats, but.... I could do with an interior mirror, I'm going to swap the one out of my ZR to a F/TF one for the added lighting :)
If you still strip George can you bear it in mind please... Thanks Scott

Maggie, I was hoping to see this thread on .org, luckily found this forum today while curing my "sloppy gearstick"

If you do break George, i may be interested in the aluminium radiator, SS pipes (if everyone else drops out), same with the windscreen surround and visors, if the carpets are in good condition, I would take them (inc boot), heater vents, are the wheels available?

I may well also be looking at some engine parts.
