I've had two sets of these, and in my experience, changing them from one car to another, or taking them off and on in any way made them very loose as the alloy is so soft. Phil managed to get one of the guys at his work to re tap (I think that's the phrae) the interior to accept a slightly larger hex screw - you may want to try this is you end up with the same problem ;)

Great bargain though - and a lovely offer from GroovyLee :hugs:

Just like to add thanks to all who like to recycle stuff on here. It cheers me up knowing sometimes you get very cheap or free things. I was playing with my walkie talkies yesterday from David. Used em to ask Nat for a cup of tea... Response was negative.

Great bargain John...great offer groovy lee. I have something very similar and it's important not to over tighten them as they are all alloy...if the thread feels a bit loose try loctite first.
