2002 1.8 MGTF Stepspeed LPG

Selling this on ebay soon, unless a T-Bar member wants it. The car temp gauge goes into the red after about 20 miles or so, although it doesn't seem to drop or lose any coolant. The coolant and oil are clean. (I suspect the heater matrix is letting some air in but I'm not technical enough to take it apart and fix that). I would fix it if I was keeping it but I'm not. Unfortunately, my work is 21 miles away. However, the wife's been using it for her work, around 10 miles without it overheating at all.

80 litre lpg conversion fitted (Cheap fuel. I bought it for £2300 almost two years ago and recouped that much I reckon - Click for fuel info on this car). Runs on petrol too of course.

MGMania glass window and heated rear screen defroster switch fitted.

Nice stainless steel Daytona exhaust and drop in panel filter fitted.

I'm sad for you is this the end of MG ing ??? I think a call to Russell and you spending a small wad of cash and you'll be in mg heaven again??? Good luck either way my blue mg had to go after finding that weld at the back and know how you feel luckily my Mrs knows its my one and only hobby so persuades me to keep it going...

Not currently Ben and Dave. I'm taking a break from ragtopping for a while. Although, I might be available to navigate or co-drive if there's a decent trip to Europe on and someone needs the help at some point.
