Oooof thats bad. Has it been sat in the sea or something? :dry:

I would probably get a flange knocked up by an engineering firm with a CNC laser cutter, or maybe Milltek themselves can supply one. Shouldn't be too much.

Any half competent welder should be able to glue it in place for you as long as the mating surface is clean and flat.

I called MIJ today and they said drop the exhaust and car in onThurs and they will see what it will cost.

So fingers crossed I may well have a Milltek SP on the car Thurs

Ok MIJ have fitted the Milltek and boy is it loud

They couldn't fit as I wanted as my CAT was the original probably so as rusted and the Milltek Flange ! But its on and working and hasn't cost an arm and a leg so Im a happy bunny
