A tip for the use of cobalt drills, you need to use a proper drilling lube and a higher speed than you would with a high speed steel drill bit.

Ok the Milltek has arrived and I've had a go at separating the flange but I think it's beyond salvage :(

Does anyone know whether I will be able to get somewhere to put a new flange on ?

Wonder if MIJ would do it ?

any good welder could sort you out. My local tyre monkeys have made zorst bits for my old mini turbo wasn't that dear too

Have you tried getting some heat into it with a blow torch?

Often works wonders with exhaust components.
