Id be grateful if anyone who has been watching TF prices could give me some guidance.
Its a 2002 TF 115 in Tahiti blue with a number of options such as remote central locking/ alarm, electric mirrors, rear speakers, tweeters. Ive added a low coolant alarm and an electric boot release. 78,000 miles
It could do with some bodywork attention in a few places but nothing major, its not top of the shop but it's certainly no shed. Structurally it's very sound & the rear of the sills have been plated in the past and are still good.
The cloth interior is i good order, no holes, bad wear or discolouration. The soft top is in good shape though could do with some fine adjustment.
The only bad points i can think of are a few small dents, some fairly minor rust bubbles and a missing alternator shield. It has a long MOT with no advisories.

That’s a bit like saying that a beautiful woman isn’t worth bothering with because she doesn’t have legs as long as one who isn’t quite as pretty.
I’m going to get slammed for that I bet!

You can always go down from a starting price, but not up in my experience......

Firstly you can gain a reasonable idea from posts & comments on here how jobs are approached, (can I refer to your pedantic positioning of the door tweeters to give a measure of your fanaticism). If the rest of your work has been done with the same eye for detail, which is most probable, then the value of your list is greater than it would be if “Brian the hammer” had done those jobs.
Brian the hammer is one of a number of mythical creatures which haunts back street garages. Their tool kit contains hammers, obviously. An ancient oxy’ set of dubious origin (no spark arresters), trolly jack, inadequate lighting & a bag of tools 10,13,17,19mm, a vast assortment of old imperial sizes& a Stiltson.
The point being that who even buys your little car will, from the moment the deal is struck, have a car that’ll be well sorted & can be run reliably & enjoyed into the future.
2k ok you can always haggle but don’t give too much away.
