Wiper motor 1997 MGF
I need a wiper motor. Tried stripping it to replace the bearing but the plastic spline is stripped and the bearing has welded itself to the shaft
Also am I right that the Land Rover one can't be adapted?

There was a theory that a wiper motor from a Freelander would fit instead. They are about half the price and look externally the same.
Unfortunately they are wired completely differently. They will only work if completely isolated from the car body (impossible)as the earthing is reversed.
I bought second hand from MGFnTFBitz.
