Events - An Announcement

For anyone organising events, runs, meets etc

Please click on the event button at the top and go to events.
Click on create event, and enter the details.

You can decide how you want to invite people, enter a time and date, add photos etc.

Once created the Event will appear in the Upcoming events section on the Home page, it will now also show on the Events map, and members will be able to see a route map to the event from their home location.

Add a link to a thread you create for chat about the event in 'Event Discussions'. Also found in the Event drop down menu!

As a bonus, I've added an Events Map on the same menu at the top.

From here you can see all the events near you. Clicking on an event will give more info about that event and clicking on the icon under the event avatar will show you directions to the event from your home.

PS, I've added the route feature to the members map as well should you need to going visiting.
