locked out of the t-bar

locked out of the t-bar was created by paulsmgf

hello

I recently changed my user name from dalersmgf to Pauls_mgf assisted by Daved A
however now i can not access my account even when i try the forgot password verifications codes
can anyone help?

I think the reason is that your new user name has a space after the underscore.

Try logging on as "Pauls_ mgf" rather than "Pauls_mgf"
