I know Andy, we changed the rubbers :yesnod:

My CD changer is under the passenger seat, same discs for 2 years oooops, and it was 5 months before I accidentally found it

They say the water gets in through the Window bit not the actual door :-?

I have not had that problem, yet :pinch:

Haha yeah found the lockable box in the boot when i was looking for the jack... Which I believe should've been under the bonnet but isn't :(

Mines the 5 door so hoping not too many leaks or none that I've found so far, but will wait and see...

And no manual with it, not even an owners handbook! I'm off down the motor factors soon so will look and see if they have a Haynes manual... Not as good as forum how to's but the Freelander forums could do with learning a thing or two from the MG how to's!

It's where the hard top meets the body where it leaks.
Each one I had replaced was a modified design.

I was quite specifically only looking at 5 door ones as on the odd occasion the kids come out with us, trying to squeeze them in through the flippy seats is a right pain in the backside!

Besides, i've got enough leaks already with the TF so hoping to minimise the chances with the freejander as there's no space in the garage for it

Not quite in the same league, but today I found the original land rover stereo cassette unit had been chucked under the passenger seat!
