If i get one of those "virus" calls and I'm not busy I waste a bit of their time. You can go to find the computer, then wait while it boots up and you are too old to read the keys, then you can mistype the command line stuff they ask you to input. There ought to be a site for posting how long you can keep them away from their next victim. I did once ask how they could see which of my machines was in trouble behind the router gateway IP address, but that ended the call quite quickly. B)

I never get calls, just emails, my number is not listed and has been removed from a list for advertising or something, must say it does work :broon:

Microsoft are doing a scam too at the mom, If you get a call, try this line with them.....
