No it's not a full lap, but you tend to do a full lap as you need to get to South Mimms in the first place to start. One thing to be careful of is that you're only allowed to park at South Mimms for 2 hours, some guys got there early last year and ended up with a fine.

We'll be getting there about 9.
Thurrock is closer to me than Mimms so not a problem really

I understand that the parking restrictions at South Mimms will be waived for us for the evening, so no-one should get any invoices this year.

Thanks for clarifying the start and finish points Andy. Most people end up doing a full lap, with the South Mimms to Thurrock section being in convoy.

Can anybody tell me where the best place to stay over night was looking at South Mimms, where are others staying?

Theres a premier inn at South Mimms, £34 for the night.

Yes was thinking of that one then its stright up M1 in the morning might go to Stonleigh.

Personally me and the missus are stopping at the premier inn at south mimms, so that we can get something to eat there first and a relax and unwind before the run

We shall be staying in that house in the left of my signiture (the one with the blue door)..............shame it is as far south around the M25 as you can get and South Mimms is as far north as you can get.

lol, you'll have to ask if they can start the run from your house next year, is there much parking where you live?
