Its difficult not to agree with that argument, its a bit like the ncap ratings best not to find out whether they are true or not........

Ok John - let's get your float bobbing ;)

I have a Mk1 F and, IMHO, a front splitter is an essential mod for that particular model. My steering started going light just below 70 mph before we fitted a K&H splitter. It now feels as solid as the proverbial rock :yesnod:

Please don't tell me that all the effort that went into fitting the Mike Satur hoops to my car hasn't resulted in a bit more protection :bang:

Oh and BTW - the MGF/TF doesn't need any extra rear downforce unless you are going to race it so I agree totally about rear spoilers :coat:

I have to agree with laz on the splitter front John. After all, front splitters (of the correct design at least) do have a documented effect on the handling. Just check out the grip issues the top gear boys had without theirs fitted to their E36 BMW, they really struggled for front end grip.

As for boot spoilers, generally agree there, but I wanted one anyway lol

Roll hoops - agree also, but hey, anything extra between your head and the road has to be worth something right? Lol

I don't know, next you'll be telling us T1-Rs are great tyres....... ;)

no pop rivets on these hoops they are bolted on and are a very sturdy piece of kit

i would rather have them than nothing and.... they look very pretty :)

Tracy .... stop getting all girly..... :spank: pretty !!!!!! :bat:

Dont all go forgetting about those seat tidies, you know the ones that will slice your neck open in a crash....... :hgf:

hoops are pointless.....
splitters just make it look like a snowplough
rear spoilers just make your bootlid heavy
toyos are just black elastic bands

erm erm erm ..... and windstops are the work of the devil
