We Love seafood and would eat it 3 or 4 times a week normally, just for something a bit different last night decided to cook something I had not tried before Stuffed Calamari. So what kinds of seafood do you lot eat and what is your favourite seafood dish?

Plus one on that. Scampi is ok so long as its cremated in the fryer. With chips and tartare sauce.

Try the fish and chips at the Black Country Museum : proper job, like I recall as a kid. Beef dripping fry.

Yorkshire fish cake: flaked fish and potato then deep fried.. 'Kin wonderful .what they served at the last supper. Probably.

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

I Just googled a yorkshire fishcake, I like the look of that it may have to be the next piscatorial delicacy here at Casa del Raxyl. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. What would be the best type of fish to use for it? Hmmm I just had an idea for dinner party version; Replace the fish with crayfish (lobster) or scallops.

Haddock at a pinch.

Squid looks nice. Beef dripping sounds good.

Unfortunately neither cod or haddock are an option here in Australia. Maybe trevalla would work.

The trout looks great Dave, I have a couple of pan size browns in the freezer I caught a couple of weeks ago at Brumbys creek.

Homemade fish soup with freshly baked crusty bread. Seasoned with cracked black pepper. God I'm hungry now.
