Posted 11 years 9 months ago #104425Just come in for a coffee and a warm.
Soft top cleaned. It wasn't as mucky I thought. Waiting for it to dry before I re-proof it so when I've had my coffee I'll go n fit the new window cheater.

Taking off the windscreen trim, spraying that up black plasticote I think is best option?
Finish off cleaning the brake and hub areas, checking all bushes and joints for wear n tear.
Checking out ebay throughout the day for other bits too........
Windscreen trim off cleaned up, gone is the cream hellooooo black plasticote :yesnod:
Trim around centre console taken out too and being sprayed as we speak, again in plasticote silver :yesnod:
Still awaiting arrival of induction kit so can get that done, thats the bit I am MOST excited about!! :woohoo: :woohoo:

Simple solution that fits in nicely with David's: let them 'help Daddy' : a stock of comics/ sweets/ computer games/beer and fags to amuse themselves while you get on with the car.
It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..
