morning peeps

advice please. The TF has been idle in the garage for two weeks after replacing the battery. Took her for a little run this morning before going to the garage for an MOT.

The engine Indicator lamp remains on after starting up. Is this anything to worry about? :-?

Some cars are susceptible to bring on the warning light if the battery charge is low so it might just bethat its been sitting draining to below the 12v dc

It is something to worry about, because the light could indicate a failure that will effect the emissions reading.

It may be worth getting the code read before taking it for test. Hopefully it will be a voltage related fault, which will be cured by a good run.

Thanks Guys, yea could be when swopping old battery for new and the minutes inbetween when no power at all. Think I will take her for a blast up the spine road before the MOT. Might take up your offer with the reader, think the next run is the 24th March.
