Fumin!!

Had my winscreen replaced today......

Top corner isnt bonded and sticking up 1/2" and loose half way around frame.

Autoglass say i have to take it to the branch at worcester 13miles from work and 30 from home.
Most annoyed.

They offered to collect it, i said no way only me drives my baby!

Are you sure that they didn't mean they'd collect it on a transporter?

I actually had the repair done at work, as i couldnt or didnt want time off.

No, they werent going to collect on a low loader they were going to drive it away and bring it back. Pointless or what?

Customer servces called me last night and were useless, they will call me again on Tuesday and i will give it both barrels.

In the meantime i have pulled the scrren down tight with duct tape and it now seems to have bonded. Though i am not 100% happy.

The lesson is make sure you are 100% happy before the engineer leaves teh car.
