Rubber bit on drive after having car Jacked up????

Hello I had the car jacked up this morning then popped out for a spin,When I came back the wife said she found this rubber cap on the drive

Does any one know what i is????

It might not even be off the car ????

To me it appears to be the right size to be a drainage hole bung
