So, my little sister (11 years older than me but just 5' 1") is having a hard time at home at the moment. Her husband has major health issues and has become more and more verbally abusive (possibly from the strain of his illnesses) and my mother (who lives with them) appears to be sliding into the early stages of Alzheimers. The combination of these issues has caused my sister to become more and more stressed. Yesterday was a glorious sunny day, so I put my sister in the car and we went for a good long drive with the top down. We saw some wonderful scenery, had a nice cafe stop beside St Mary's Loch, and laughed and relaxed. It was good to see her able to shed the problems for a couple of hours. Therapy by MGF? It made every penny I have spent on the car so far, worth it. Here is a shot of her in the car at Megget Water in the Scottish Borders.
Ain't it funny, how time slips away...?
