Lets face facts... None of us really know all of the facts.. Only Andy and Daz do..

Andy you have to appreciate others don't know what you know and this is why they think you are being unfair

All seemed well when the mg club ran the article the other month?

I knew what was coming, I set the compensation at a figure I thought Daryl would pay, I didn't want anymore court appearance this year so I settled on £2000 to avoid going to court, I don't think I shot myself in the foot, I asked for £2k and that's what he paid. With the standard of work he was doing it was only a matter of time before someone had a serious accident, by closing down he has stopped that from happening. Daryl accepts his skill levels were not up to the job and took a very big step in closing down, I think it takes a brave man to admit to not Being good enough and for that he should be applauded.

I really just wish this would all stop, frankly. It is done and by.

I dont know how much you spent but it must have been a long drop...,take it the car club wont be doing his ground up rebuild?have you told them of your problems

The car club are fully aware and have taken appropriate action.

I'd like to apologise to Andy for my initial snippy response to his post earlier in this saga.
I genuinely felt for Daryl: still do but realise that there are unknown factors as well.
The main focus of my ire was the French Bloke gobbling off immediately before Andy's post.

I really should learn to sit back and say nowt sometimes, but if I did that then I wouldn't be the irritating ( I really should stop circumventing the swearfilter :slapme: ) that I am. :yesnod:

Sounds formal,Andy wish you all the best with the car i would say if your happy then that should be enough but i know yor not by your comments good luck with it .
