Agreed. The problem is that the pressure is on to change the wheels in 2 seconds or asap.
Wheels not secured - are a real danger to everyone.
IMO, the real answer is to take away the cause of the problem, not fanny about until someone is killed to save 0.5 second.
Make them take minimum 10 seconds to service the car. Then the problem goes away.

Not only wheels coming off but cars hitting each other as they come out of THERE pit and go in front of other cars coming in to there pit so yes a 10-15 second stop all agreed say I
