Have you not tried something that will take less storage and fit into your existing tank example walbro 255 i ran a 240 horses t series on one fine.

Apparently the standard in tank pump is at its limit at around 200bhp..
Don't want fuel starvation or low pressure to affect it on the rolling road..
David that's the sort of set up my friend is running on his 200+ bhp track TF.. His engine is similar spec except he's running Jenveys and 285 cams and 1.8 bottom end.. With the rev limiter at 7,800

Have to agree with Mr Spares, a walbro 255 pump would more than meet your needs. It is the pump of choice among rice burners. :yesnod:
