Since I bought Morris I was annoyed with a damaged speaker grill and was looking for an inexpensive replacement - but Rimmer seems to be the only source and quoted me with £40+ (incl shipping to Eire) for a new one.

At Maplin I found this for €6.29 / £4.59:

Slightly to wide but the rubber ring is easy to remove:

Dremel is your friend to remove approx. 5mm from the outer rim, then remove the outer ring from the original grill, sand the trimmed edge and spray it black. The new grill is simply fitted with hot glue.

E voila:

I think a good repair for small money.
