Every year our little town has a 'Vintage Rally' which means that the local park gets filled with Vintage steam organs & motorbikes, with a handful of old cars thrown in for good luck.
We always say it's a bit rubbish but go along anyway to take our lad the fair.
This year seeing as it was sunny we went along and were surprised by just how big it was compared to other years, but the best was the cars...not one but TWO MG clubs made an appearance!
West Lancs MG Owners Club and Merseyside Owners Club were both displaying a lovely selection of their MG's:
Not only MG's but a fair selection of vintage cars:
a few American motors:
and even one or two exotic numbers!
Even Darth Vader made an appearance:
'Twas all in all a grand day out.

We were really surprised to see how big it was this year, normally only a handful of cars attend.
Hmm, you've got me thinking - we could do a T-Bar meet here!
I also recruited another member - he lives in the next town to me and has the Red F with the perspex wind stop - "Hello, and Welcome to the T-Bar" if he finds his way here

Nice to see and looks like a good day out. I've done a couple of similar events up here with the Highland MGOC. They are a fun day out and as usual the more people put in (by being part of the day)the more they get out of it. I'm pleased to say that MGFs & TFs are very welcome at these events and I've made a sign telling everyone how cheap they are - they are often totally surprised - in an attempt to save a few more. I also recommend the T-Bar of course to fellow owners.
