Beta site testing

I'm nearing release/update time for v3.5 , feel free to have play and report back any problems if you've some spare time.

and for those of you into Joomla its now runing on Joomla 3.1 which isn't a nice migration

You'll need to sign up again to the beta site to use it fully. Just use your current username and password.

tonight's job done, Cover photo's for users, groups and events

The User ranking and Awards system will be changing.
Visually Ranks and Awards will look the same, However they will be points based rather than post count.
Points will be earned by interacting with the site, just about everything you can do on the site will earn you points, The more points you earn the better your rank will be.

For example :- You login, make two posts, leave a thank you for someone and start a new topic
Login is worth one point, making a post is worth one point, Leaving a thank you is worth one point, starting a new topic is worth 2 points , in total you would have earned 6 points

You'll get an extra 100 points on your birthday, 50 points for referring a new user , the list goes on.

You'll also be able to give some of you points to other people (for helping you out).

We'll also be able give points out as raffle prizes, Competition prizes or just because we feel like it

like the points idea!
