Up at 7 or is it 8 for coffee duty, then read in bed till 10 ish then porrage oats as these are v good for your tum bugs makes them grow better than actmel etc

It's weird that I only ever eat breakfast when on holiday. What's that all about? :dry:

For some reason being on holiday makes me hungrier than usual. So, when on hols it's usually a full English breakfast. :yesnod: Can you even say that?

Four bowls of Cinnamon Grahams, would have been two but they were going stale so would have been three but that would have left one so was four.
