The high winds started around 21:00 last night but I only had 59 mph recorded on our weather station, Culdrose air base which is just up the road only recorded 60 mph.

Just like they were predicted to hit late night sunday / early monday morning yet people were commenting on Sunday lunchtime about it being ball crap as they had sunny skies.
Sussex is strewn with fallen trees, floods and heavy winds, even now so unless youre in the 'storm zone', although Im pleased its all normal / lovely for you, its not really relevant?

Posted 11 years 4 weeks ago #132514I have a trained ferret that will gnaw through those fallen trees in no time and you could probably use one of our massive black puddings as a dinghy?
