to day's the day

Morning all well to-day is the day for my new dampers and springs to be fitted by my tame mechanic so here is hopping it makes the ride better
Bilstein dampers + std springs :broon:
Did have xpower springs and spax dampers. The springs have done 60k+ and the dampers 40k+

Will keep you informed but first it will need tracking. Asked ATS they wanted £42 to do the 2 front wheels and £65 for all 4 wheels bit expensive that so will phone around

really looking for your opinion as this is top task on my wish list...

I was in Kwikfit the other day and they have a new 4 wheel laser/geo positional tracking tool as part of their refit. I had a new tyre on the Clio and paid for the service and it came in as 44.95 inc Vat, very impressive reports etc and fancied getting the F done. Give you local branch a bell as they may have put this kit in all branches.

Hi T, just gave kwik fit a ring and there would seem to be 2 prices one on a hunter [ most moden] and this was £85 for 4 wheels or £32 for 2 wheels on the not so moden

I wonder is they discounted because I had them fit the tyre, this was a brand new machine that raised the wheels to eye level etc.... based on that the £65 option sounds a better price.
