Fitted my osram nightbreaker unlimited, sadly my tf has a low beam??? So even though the bulbs are brighter I still can only see about 15ft in front of me, sooooo I raised the beam. No one has flashed me yet so may try a quarter turn more. Have noticed that my flexi part of my exhaust has fallen apart, what does the braided part actually do? That's falling off.

The braid protects the flexy pipe - it usually falls apart and you can put a few big jubilee clips round it to hold it on, or simply cut the loose stuff off!

Sounds like you need to get the lights adjusted properly. Try a friendly MOT station.
The braided part covers a corrugated section of the exhaust to allow flex between the engine and the exhaust. So as long as it's not blowing you can use jubilee clips to tidy the braiding.
edit Snap Adam.

Thanks guys, I shall have to jack it up and check, I may get the bro in law to stick the car on his ramps at work for a better looky see, I do seem to have a buzzing at tick over so maybe it's blowing a tad. I shall see.
