it depends which one your contacts use, i suppose. whatsapp is only 69p though, even people in yorkshire use it. :beer:

VOXER allows free picture, message and voice message at present all free.

I agree with Oli, just pay the 69p for Whatsapp.
Just about zero people I know use Viber or Voxer so no point in having them :)
