Middle lane hoggers
not indicating off a roundabout
tailgaters
mobile phone users

Taxi drivers
but not all taxi drivers,
spacifically private hire drivers,
but not even all of them,
it is the ones who don't have English as a first language AND have only been out of the Indian sub-continent since the beginning of this decade.

They don't seem to have a grasp of the UK traffic rules or any concept of what is going on around them.

As a professional driver myself I drive many miles every week, often in London and this one small group seem to cause more problems than all other drivers put togeather.
