:broon: That's what I did. I think mine was off a Golf or something but they're basically the same unit. Just different hoses! :yesnod: :yesnod:

Wait until you get it home then measure the throttle body end then the filter end.
Buy a reducer / enlarger pipe to fit both ends and jobs a good one.
Mine was going to have a golf VR6 induction but sold it to a ZR person instead.
I think with the hoses and clamps etc you will be well within then sub £40 budget.

I nearly did this with my F, you will need a 90 degree elbow from the throttle body, to fit the enclosed filter, pointing in the correct direction. Also you have to clean the filter very very gently, it doesn't dismantle, you have to spray the fluid inside onto the dirty side, then use clean water flowing through from the opposite side. The foam filter is very fragile and prone to tear.

I fitted a filter intended for a ZS.
I used a 45' bend.

I used a 45 as well with a length of flex hose from the filter down to the passenger side intake.
The filter assy is supported by a stainless boat fender bracket bolted on to the original mount
using a crankshaft pilot bush as a spacer. (It's OK, the bushing is from a TR-7!)
