To those who don't know, Leigh was involved in only the first 4.5 seconds of that video of Hartside Pass.
Haha  Thanks. It's all publicity. Good or bad.
That's such a great video, it shouldn't be wasted. The helmet edit is protect the identity of the unknown Sunday driver who must remain nameless. :yesnod:
I've had retired traffic cops positively commenting on it being a superb piece of driving that wouldn't cause them to bat an eyelid. As if they could keep up..

Chrome hoops with the glass insets looks great but a tad expensive at £350; no idea how they work as a wind break though, but I think there is a version of hoops where you can keep the MS glass.

I may give the plastic screen a shot, we tend not to go much above 60 in any event.
Thanks for all the replies

In that case, you'll be fine. :yesnod: I used to tootle around at 70 with the windows down and they're fine at that speed. However, they're not mesh so the air pushes it back if the windows are down. I've sat at 90 plus with the roof down on the autobahn, no problem. The mesh ones can be folded down as you know. These things don't fold. You wouldn't know you had it fitted if it weren't for the MG sticker.
On colder days they do tend to keep the cabin just that bit more snug, even with the roof down. :yesnod:

Ocado Man wrote: Don't buy the Perspex type! They are cheap in relation to the mesh ones, but they do not last. As people on here have stated they tend to flex & crack at the fixing points. If you are desperate for one, I have one you can have, you pay postage. It's been repaired but useable. PM is needed.

Best offer you'll get.. anywhere. Even if it's just to trial it out. :yesnod: Nice one Ocado Man. :broon:
