After seeing the Moss Monaco a few days ago

click here to view the Cool Wall vote on it)

Today I spotted this 1929 Alvis outside B&Q.

Got talking to the owner, a really friendly guy, who told me the car has been owned all of its life in the local area. He regularly takes it on runs across Europe and around the UK to attend various car shows and rallies.
He said it is a super reliable car and is the most trouble free motor he owns.

So if you spot anything unusual on your travels tell us about it here.

Something unusual. :-? Here in Australia there is very few MGF/TFs around and other than my MGs I have rarely ever seen another. I sometimes see MGBs. The other day I saw a Trophy for sale on the side of the road so put mine next to it and took a pic. Was tempted by it until I saw the price. I am very happy with mine :yesnod:

Well today I spotted this one....

a bit newer (2010) than the last two.....

unusual number plate too....

could be good for us if you alter the spacing 10 MG

It belonged to a nice little convertible....

A 460 bhp, Ferrari California 2 plus 2 S-A, simply stunning

Those ceramic brakes are huge and cost goodness knows how much.

I am gonna break the rules but I see it quite often, my girlfriends neighbour has a 50th anniversary Porsche (only 3in the uk) and another one owning a brand new f type jag.Combine that with the alpine a110 of my girlfriends dad and its a very happy place down their street.

Do you park your car in the girlfriends' drive?
As long as it's a goodun would make the neighbors aware that there is an alternative choice for far less bucks :P

Yeah I do, but in the drive also is girlfriends dad has got a Saab 95 convertible which is race ready and then girlfriends sisters fiancé is parked with his track ready mx5 along with the other family cars so it has its competition but it does stand out more on looks :)

Out for a spot of lunch yesterday in one of the local hostelries and was disturbed by a rumbling outside; they just called in for a quick pint!
