Try MGFnTF bitz. You may have to buy the complete mechanism.

Surely rimmer bros would sell this part on its own?

Its showings as a right hand side (drivers) click snap sack .. it looks the same as the one that I broke but its green on rimmers and the one I took out was white.

FYC100250 is the clip that holds the rod in place. If that's what you are looking for. :yesnod:

Thanks david ...part on order and while I was there I ordered a spare expansion tank cap.

had a few issues with her over the christmas period but nuthin to major then I get to work this morning and cant get out of it.
I took door card off to see the rod was out the handle hole . Pushed it back in place thinkin that was an easy fix and againil it poped out and I couldnt get out of it again , then found the broken bit of clip that the cable sits in and realised I need a new one ... first post was a bit short and to the point so my apologies for that I was pissed off with it and I was stuck at work

I can now get out of my car without having to open the window and use the exterior door handle ...yaaayyyy!!!

For reference the part is called a clip-snap sack and part number for drivers side is fyc100250 and passengers door part number is fyc100260.

Easy job to do took 15 mins . Stupid little clip that if it breaks the handle bar retaining bit the bar pops out and renders the interior door handle / release useless . £4.10 from rimmer bros which believe it or not was cheaper than I found for a used one on ebay !!

I changed my expansion tank cap aswell as it arrived with the clip ..ive been loosing a couple of mm of coolant every few months but without any leaks from the system . I bled the system and all was well so only thing it could be was the cap valve had gone faulty which ive read is also quite common so ill c how it goes now ive changed that .
