I think that the point is that 'everywhere' can be the place for such views in a lighthearted manner. Freedom reigns. Vive la liberte and all that. :broon:

I think any civilised person abhors what happened in Paris & supports free speech :yesnod:
About time the Western countries & indeed the whole world realise the seriousness of the situation & stop pussy footing around.
I know it's not that easy, seeing that events have developed this way due to previous Western leaders backing the wrong horse.
Isis need eliminating asap but Al Queda is a different kettle of fish, seeing where they are based.

In my opinion, all religion is antiquated tosh. Personal religious belief is mostly harmless tosh, until it becomes religious fanaticism. Arguing and fighting over who's imaginary friend is best.

None of it makes any logical sense.

Let's presume that there is a god of some kind. An all-knowing creator of every thing and every human. Now, if this being created every person, why would he want a particular group of his creations to murder, oppress, hate, fear, loathe any other groups of his creations?

Fanatics of any religion are dangerous; violent fanatics should be culled for the good of the herd.

I cannot say what and how I feel as it would simple be removed and or upset others. let's just say a new Crusade might not be such a bad idea but it needs to move further than just the Holy lands.
