What was the song he's playing??

When I was a kid growing up in a remote village in Yorkshire our primary school head teacher used to wander around the school playing the bagpipes!!

That's a blast!
It doesn't surprise me that the guy on the unicycle is from Portland.
That's one odd town, and only a few hours drive from me down I-5 :drive:
Jerry Seinfeld did a good show on Portland on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.
