A great run over the Staffordshire Moorlands and into the Derbyshire peaks today, destination MGFnTFbitz at Glossop.
Daz and Jill are always good to visit at bitz and soon sorted me out with a spare set of coil packs and a new steering universal joint.
Bitz is always an interesting place to visit, and they have some really rare vehicles in at the moment. Four awesome monogram TF's in Bacchus, Spectre, Sunspot and Moonshine were there, all finished or in the process of being refurbished.
The run back was spectacular with deep black low clouds and bright sunshine over the moorlands so had to stop and take a few piccies of Shadow!
Also ran into a posse of TVR's coming out of Buxton, mostly Cerberas, Tuscans and I think there was at least one Sagaris! Shame I was driving or I would have taken a picture or two!

Nice car :broon:
We had a ride out to there a few weeks ago to pick up a bonnet.
Very interesting place and a very warm welcome too.
Had a brew while I swapped the bonnets over and then had a long chat with daz.

I should go more often it's only 20 odd miles away.

Yes I was out and about on the same day...through leek and on to Buxton. .called in palace hotel Buxton.
and then walked around town then on to the hope valley and wynnats pass.
After drive through I went to Stockport and to manchester city center where on the dual carriage way into the city center i was side by side with a dark blue tf..oddly had the first 4 letters and numbers the same has mine although the female driver was miles away..looking out for trams perhaps then back through Macclesfield and past ..Rudyard lake.
stopped for a bite to eat at Cheddleton and home ...set out about 10am and arrived back home about 6pm...
