Been hibernating for nearly a month. My tablet packed in and my phone is too old to have internet on it. Missed the forum.Trying to catch up will take me a few weeks. Definitely looks different. Read pysoms post about the problems didn't understand any of it.
Welcome to all the newbies that I missed.

Great work in getting almost everything working again.

I have a strange problem when logging onto the site. I'm not sure that it is related to the recent down time as I think it was happening before.

Normally, when I log in, all of the forum sub headings in which there are any posts I have not already read are indicated with the number of unread posts. A while ago now, the Pitstop forum failed to clear properly and it has been the same ever since. It always indicates that there is 1 unread post even though I have read them all (since I chose the mark all as read option when I first joined).

I thought I would try clearing this problem my doing the same thing but, since the rebuild, I cannot find the option to 'mark all as read'

Is anyone else having this problem? And where has the mark all as read switch gone?

Thank for any pointers...

After investigating, I found that I, too, had this rogue unread post alert on the index page under pitstop.

If you go into pitstop from the index page you will find a "mark all read" button. One press and the rogue alert disappears.

I'm just waiting to see if this solves the issue permanently.:yesnod:
