My new side scoops arrived today, thanks heaps to Kara. Now I have a project for my next couple of weekends to keep me amused in between race meetings. Now for a couple of shots of the car from Sundays round one of the Tasmanian Super Series with thanks from Angryman Photography , where I managed a surprising 4th out of 15 entry's in regularity, have to say I'm totally chuffed with that result.:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

Thanks David, BTW that car behind me in pic one is a seriously brilliant Cobra Replica, Doug literally finished building it on Saturday and his first drive of it was on the track on Sunday, he hadn't even taken it around the block

Now being in front of a Cobra is definitely worth shouting about!:dc:

Great result and excellent pictures. Our first event is not until March, a motorkhana with some of the patterns for the Nat Meet. I am now going to miss the Nat Meet as I will be in the UK. My first speed event will be in April a hillclimb at Rob Roy.

Our first Motorkhana was in January and I have another one this weekend, the next round of the Super Series is the 21st of march at Baskerville.

I wont be at Natmeet either unfortunately, I had to come to the unpleasant realisation that I simply could not afford it. The ferry costs alone were going to be over $2000.

For the last Nat Meet in Tassie the ferry with room for two and car, return was $285. It's far cheaper to travel to the island than the other way round!

Prices have gone up, also I would have to pay for two cars and a trailer as well as a four berth cabin even though there are only three of us.
