Cambelt change

I bought the on a 02 plate with a full service history, i've done around 4000 miles which brings the total miles up to 41000.
What miles should i change the cambelt at? (will do water pump at same time)

Has the car had a belt change already? Should have been changed in 2007/8.

no record of it in the service book, how ever this is a replacement book as first book was lost around 05.

I will second that, without proof get it done and have peace of mind motoring, in fact due to time it should have been done twice.
