I could just imagine the faces of the other drivers as you line up on the grid, pointing backwards. :)

Hello all well I'm back after an extended leave of absence due to a combination of work and a period of fairly serious family illness, oh and a broken F, did anyone miss me? I the F however while not back on the road yet is on the road to recovery with my new race motor being shipped from Adelaide today. I also got the run down on the damage I did when I trashed the old motor at the club day. It would appear that I'm a complete mechanical diagnostic idiot because when the bloke stripped it down all he could find was "a badly blown head gasket with no other damage" so I have now have the most expensive HG repair in the history of the known world. On the up side, when it arrives I will have a new motor with plenty of go fast bits and hopefully a long and happy life in front of it.

Good news Craig, will it be ready for your summer?

Older but certainly not wiser!

You've got a spare engine now then, Craig?

Sure will, Hopefully it will be back on the road by the end of September.

Unfortunately no, the new engine was an exchange. I would have liked to keep the old one and tinker with it but alas it was not possible financially
