I'd like to have the AP brakes and 304mm discs on the front of our F. Now I know that the 4 pots won't fit behind my Hairpin 16s without spacers.
However, there are also AP 2pots around, and I wonder if anyone knows whether they will fit behind the hairpins?:dunno:

Yes they will but I think they were designed for the standard disc not the 304 would need to check on that for you.

Just go for the spacers David, that way you will get the big discs as well.

I'd be grateful for any info you can provide, Chris.

Looking at the calipers they do seem to be for the bigger discs, but I can't measure them from a photo.:dunno:

Apparantly they were designed to use the 304 disc, from what I can find out they were only used in 2005 and only for a limited time, because MG managed to get hold of 4 pots after all. as far as i can work out most of the two pot equiped cars ended up in Europe( Belgium and France).

Ah, never mind. I was hoping they fitted the 240mm discs.
Thanks anyway, Chris.
