Basically they are ...identical.
The cheaper seller does not have as good feedback, but I know a few people who have bought these nuts from him with no problem.

I broke my key aboiut 2 days after getting the car.MGRS here checked which one i needed and supplied it for less than £20. They aslo undid the last locking wheel nut for me on their forecourt. All now torqued down to the 50 lb feet (70 NM) that is a legal setting and copper slipped and no air tools going near them at tyre fitters in future. I checked on here and there is a higher torque mentioned as well as 50 , but I'm not going there and being stuck with a flat tyre and stripped key.
