Have you tried taking the pads out put it back on the car with only one bolt, tilt the caliper away from the car pump it out slightley, NOT ALL THE WAY OR IT WILL JAM ON THE CALIPER, if poss stick a thick screw driver in the way so you can push it back, once its out a bit clean all the crud from round the piston, use another screw drive to pull back the rubber seal an if you have any spray copper ease thats ideal for spraying in the gap you pulled back
it may take a few trys pushing the piston back in an pumping it out, but should clear it

As Jon says it's probably crud or corrosion on the piston. If you can't free it off, the only solution is another caliper.

What often happens it the ends of the pads seize in the runners.
I would take the pads out and inspect the edges and the calipers. Give them a bit of a file or wet and dry to remove any brake dust or corrosion. Apply a bit of coppergrease to the edges (make sure not to get any on any of the friction surfaces) and check that they move freely in the calipers.

Yep, I had that happen on my o/sfront caliper, but it seized off, as it were. The brakes were pulling left, badly. The pad had got jammmed at an angle in the bracket and was only making contact with the disc at the top.
The pad ended up the shape of a wedge of cheese.
